Erwin Greisinger, Founder
& President
The founder of The Courtenay Group, Erwin has
more than 40 years’ experience in the real
estate industry. He has held senior executive
positions in several real estate sales,
development and construction firms and has
directed the planning, construction and delivery
of several prominent projects in Alberta,
Toronto, and Orlando, Florida. His work
experience encompasses all aspects of planning,
entitlement, budgeting, construction supervision, marketing
and management.
Calvin Moriyama, CA, CMC – Vice President,
Financial Services
As a Chartered Accountant and Certified
Management Consultant, Calvin has been involved
in providing extensive financial and consulting
services for Courtenay projects. He is
especially experienced in conducting economic
feasibility studies, financial analyses, and
operational reviews, and also in developing
investment and financial strategies.
Brian P. Enns, LLB – General Counsel
Prior to entering the legal profession, Brian
spent 6 years as a real estate broker. His
subsequent years of private practice with Parlee
McLaws, a large Alberta law firm, and as
Corporate Counsel in Ontario have developed his
expertise in sophisticated real estate and
commercial transactions. His experience in
commercial, industrial, and residential
acquisitions and dispositions, financing of
various types and formats, and extensive
experience in commercial leasing, have developed
the broad scope of legal services provided by
Courtenay.
Bob Parsons, C.S.M. Vice President, Property
Operations
Bob has an extensive background in the real
estate industry, in particular property
management, beginning in shopping center
management with Marathon Realty Co. Ltd. in 1984
and progressing through all asset types of real
estate including residential, industrial, retail
and mixed-use properties.
With a varied experience in Operations, Bob has
dealt with large tenant improvement projects,
new building construction as well as the
retrofitting and remodeling of shopping centers.
This experience has helped in dealing with other
challenging issues such as mould abatement
programs and the many other environmental issues
that are common in today’s challenging real
estate marketplace. Bob’s involvement in the due
diligence process helped grow the 6 million
sq.ft. Alberta portfolio for CREIT Management
Limited, prior to joining The Courtenay Group.
Mary Jackson, Director of Marketing and
Operations
Mary has over 22 years’ experience in the
real estate industry and has been with Courtenay
since 1989.
As Director of Marketing and Operations, Mary is
responsible for the asset and property
management of a large portion of Courtenay’s
portfolio. Her daily activities include direct
management of residential and commercial
properties, and her expertise includes leasing
and operational audits for
Courtenay-managed projects.
Along with the above-noted key individuals,
Courtenay benefits from the experience of Vivian
Moran as Property Manager and Lease
Administrator, and Christine Greisinger as
Administrative Assistant. Knowledgeable and
talented accounting and support staff join the
key personnel and together, form a well-rounded
team comprising Courtenay Real Estate Services
Inc.
